asbestos Disclosure

Does Texas commercial real estate law require asbestos disclosure?

A local small town mayor sold a city owned building through an online auction site but the buyer was not notified that the building had asbestos under the siding. Can you sell any building without that kind of disclosure?

Often times a commercial/industrial buyer doesn't care because he will be remodeling or modifying it to suit his purposes.
